We’ve moved into our new home here at LexBlog from our former home at the LawProfBlog Network. As with all moves, we’re discovering things about our new home, settling in, and getting acquainted with the neighborhood.

The Appellate Advocacy Blog brings together practitioners and scholars from across the country to discuss all things—well, almost all things—related to appellate practice and appellate law. You’ll find posts on a wide range of topics, including discussions of the latest Supreme Court decisions, book reviews, tips on best practices for written and oral advocacy, ethics and professionalism, and of course, grammar and style.
